 -In portal.office.com click the waffle
-click "all apps"
-click "show more"
-click "RCS Filter"
-This takes you to the iBoss login page
-Login with your pc login and password
-Press enter to make sure you've logged in correctly
-Leave tab open
-Open a new browser tab and try to access the webpage that was previously blocked
