Location: Building #500, Ortho Office #501
Northcrest Medical Center:
• All students must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
• Physicals will be valid thru the entire 2019-2020 school year.
• A Dragon Fly Instructional Flyer will be sent home with physical packets. Please create a Dragon Fly Profile for your child before arriving at the physical site.
